These Terms & Conditions govern shopping at and using drinkeffex.com, operated by Patriot Wellness Inc. (“EFFEX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Ordering and eligibility
Purchases are for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement and are using an authorized payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Additional age-verification or delivery restrictions may apply where required by law. These terms do not replace any required verification at purchase or delivery.
Products are offered subject to availability and applicable law. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; fulfillment remains subject to stock and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or payment authorization problems.
2. Prices, payment, and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the storefront or checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before you submit payment. We will not charge a higher amount for an accepted order without your agreement. If a material pricing or product-description error affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you to confirm corrected terms or cancel it and refund the affected amount.
Promotion-specific eligibility, dates, and exclusions will be disclosed with the offer. Discounts have no cash value. A promotion does not remove rights provided by our return policy or applicable law unless a permitted exclusion was clearly disclosed before purchase.
3. Shipping, cancellations, and delivery issues
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; an order already dispatched may need to follow our return process. Estimates do not limit your rights concerning delayed or undelivered orders.
We will ship within the stated shipping timeframe or, if none is stated, within the timeframe required by applicable law. If shipment is delayed, we will provide any legally required notice and cancellation or refund options. Contact us about a missing delivery so we can investigate with the carrier. A carrier scan does not eliminate your rights under applicable law.
4. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day request window, opened-box eligibility, shipping costs, and refund process. That policy controls return-specific details. Nothing in these terms reduces rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered goods.
5. Supplement information and responsible use
EFFEX is a dietary supplement. Website content, including Insights articles, provides general product and educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Read the current product label and ingredient list before use. Consult a qualified health-care professional about whether a supplement is appropriate for you, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are preparing for surgery.
Use only as directed on the package. Do not use a product with damaged or compromised individual packaging. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or use it to violate another person's rights. This does not restrict lawful accessibility tools, consumer reviews, or uses protected by law.
7. Accounts, privacy, and third-party services
Keep account access information secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Guest checkout is available. Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. Shopping, payments, and certain account features are provided using Shopify and other service providers. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may also govern their services. A link to an outside resource is not an endorsement of all its content.
8. Service availability and consumer protections
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable access, but websites can experience errors, interruptions, or maintenance. Please report a problem so we can assist. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that general educational content is appropriate for every individual.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. An update does not retroactively change a completed purchase or remove rights you already have. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
