EFFEX / PATRIOT WELLNESS
About EFFEX by Patriot Wellness
EFFEX is the creatine drink brand from Patriot Wellness Inc. Our Cherry Limeade fizz comes in individual stick packs: one packet, an open glass, and water.
Four people. One very personal starting point.
EFFEX began with Karl Edelman and three aerospace engineers: Will, Steve, and Kevin. Three of us were balancing demanding work in aerospace with raising young kids. We cared about doing our jobs well and being present for our families. We also knew what it felt like to be tired, mentally foggy, and stretched between the two.
That was the starting point. We wanted to take better care of ourselves while keeping up with the lives we had built. As we read more about creatine and the research around it, we became interested in making it part of our diets. We had questions, plenty of curiosity, and a practical goal: find a way to make taking creatine an enjoyable part of an ordinary day.
The scientist who helped bring it together
Karl Edelman is the scientist and researcher behind SoluTerp. He brought the formulation knowledge; we brought our engineering mindset and the everyday reasons we wanted to build something. Karl became our guide and mentor as the four of us worked together to create EFFEX, bringing creatine and SoluTerp into one product.
For Will, Steve, and Kevin, Karl’s role went beyond the formula. He helped us turn an interest we had been reading about into something tangible. His guidance gave that shared idea a direction—and, eventually, a name.
Something we wanted in our own routine
We wanted creatine to be something we looked forward to taking. Taste mattered. So did simple preparation and a format that fit around work and family. That idea became EFFEX: Cherry Limeade fizz in a single-serving stick pack.
Our story starts with the pressures we were feeling and the routine we wanted to build. It is the reason we created the product, rather than a promise that EFFEX will relieve stress, tiredness, or mental fog. What we can share is the care behind it: four people bringing different experience to something they wanted to use themselves.
A routine worth looking forward to
Convenience and flavor are central to the EFFEX experience. Each box contains 30 single-serving sticks. The package lists 2 g of creatine HCl, 5 calories and 1 g of added sugar per serving, alongside the SoluTerp blend.
Customers have told our team they enjoy the taste and the convenience of taking creatine in a flavored drink. That feedback helps explain the product experience; it is not evidence of a medical or performance outcome.
Know what you are choosing
We make the ingredients, supplement facts and preparation directions available before you buy. EFFEX uses creatine hydrochloride (HCl). Research on other forms of creatine should not be treated as proof of the same results from this finished product.

Questions deserve useful answers
Our creatine library covers practical questions about choosing and using creatine. Articles link to their sources and distinguish research findings from customer experiences. Patriot Wellness publishes the library and sells EFFEX; read our editorial standards for that context.
