Refund policy

Effective September 16, 2026

We want you to feel good about your EFFEX purchase. This policy applies to orders placed directly through drinkeffex.com and fulfilled within the United States. For purchases from another seller, contact that seller for assistance.

Request a return within 30 days

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Unopened boxes are eligible. You may also return an opened 30-pack box if at least 23 individually sealed, unused stick packs remain in their original packaging. Please provide your order number and tell us what went wrong.

Email quotes@patriotwellnessinc.com or call 203-241-6646. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please wait for authorization before sending anything, and ship an approved return within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind or taste-preference return, you pay the return shipping cost. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the packaging, affected product, and lot number help us investigate. We will arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item and cover any required return shipping. Do not consume a damaged product or send it back until we provide instructions.

The unused-quantity requirement does not apply to a confirmed product defect.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your approved return. Eligible refunds cover the product price paid, after discounts, plus applicable tax, and are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
