EFFEX / PATRIOT WELLNESS
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Updated September 16, 2026
Patriot Wellness Inc. is committed to making drinkeffex.com usable by people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an accessible shopping experience for customers using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility target. This is an ongoing improvement goal, not a certification that every page or third-party feature fully conforms.
The storefront includes descriptive page headings, labeled purchase controls, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for product images, expandable product information, and support for reduced-motion preferences. We review text contrast, small-screen layouts, and keyboard operation when updating the theme.
Get assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty using any part of the site, email quotes@patriotwellnessinc.com or call 203-241-6646. We welcome relay-service calls. Tell us which page or feature caused a problem, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to respond. You may share your browser or assistive technology if helpful; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
We will work with you to provide product information in an accessible format and help with shopping or order questions. Accessibility assistance is provided without an additional assistance charge. Please do not email payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive medical information.
Checkout and other services
Checkout, payment options, and some account functions use third-party services. If a barrier occurs there, please report it to us so we can assist and raise the issue with the provider. Using a third-party service does not change our commitment to helping you access our products and services.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility can change as content, software, browsers, and assistive technologies change. We welcome feedback and work to address identified barriers. This statement does not waive or limit any rights or protections under the Americans with Disabilities Act or applicable state or local law.
